摘  要:目前混凝土搅拌站称重控制系统主要采用放料阀门开度控制,由于物料口大小、物料颗粒大小不均以及物料与料斗间距离变化等均会造成物料称重的误差较大,对混凝土的混合比例误差大,从而对混泥土强度质量和凝固时间有很大的影响,本系统采用时间误差控制的原理,PLC作为控制核心,同时结合HMI实现人机交互,有效地解决了称斗称重系统中的误差问题,提高了称重系统的计量精度,改善混泥土的混合比例,也提高了系统的抗干扰性能。经实践应用,系统运行稳定可靠,提高了物料称重精度以及混凝土的强度质量,并确保了凝固时间。At present, the weighing control system of concrete mixing station mainly uses the discharge valve opening control. The material weighing error is large, the concrete mixing ratio error is also imprecise, which will greatly affect the concrete strength quality and curing time have also been great affected. This system uses the time error control principle, and combines PLC and HMI. Then the error problems of the said weighing system are solved, the measuring accuracy of the weighing system and the mix proportion of concrete are also improved, and the anti-interference problems are also solved. The practical application shows that the system is proved steady, which improves the material weighing precision and the concrete strength quality, and can ensure the concrete curing time.
