摘  要:总结了近年来高温减摩材料的固体润滑剂的研究进展。采用单一润滑剂可以提高熔点较高的金属如镍、钢金属基摩擦材料的抗磨损性能,通过常用润滑剂的组合,发挥了不同润滑剂之间的协同效应,进一步提高了材料的抗磨损性能;新型润滑剂如Ti_3SiC_2、SrSO_4等,在高温下具有低的硬度或生成的氧化产物具有润滑作用提高了材料的抗磨损性能。指出上述润滑剂可以在室温~1 000℃的范围内起润滑作用,有效地提高金属基摩擦材料的使用温度范围。Research development on solid lubricant for metal-matrixed anti-friction material at high temperature in recent years was summarized. The anti-wear properties of high melting point metal such as Ni and steel matrix friction materials could be increased by using single lubricant,and the anti-wear properties could be further enhanced through combination of various common lubricants due to synergistic effects of those lubricants. The anti-wear properties of the material were improved by using new-type lubricant such as Ti_3SiC_2,SrSO_4 due to their low hardness at low temperature or lubrication effects of generated oxidation. In addition,the above lubricant took effects from room temperature to 1 000 ℃,thus the service temperature range of the metal matrix anti-friction material effectively enhanced.
