摘　　要：白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)是一种重要的免疫调节细胞因子,具有复杂的生物学活性,其基因存在基因多态性,这种多态性与多种肿瘤密切相关。通过临床和实验室研究发现在多种肿瘤中,IL-10基因的多态性与其表达量特征性升高有关。本文就近几年来多种肿瘤相关的IL-10基因多态性的研究进展作一综述。Interleukin - 10 （ IL - 10） is an important immunoregulatory cytokine, having the complex biological activity. The polymorphism is closely related with a variety of tumor. Clinical and laboratory findings in a variety of tumors demonstrated polymorphism related with the expression of IL - 10 gene elevation. This article will review the progress of research in recent years,a variety of tumor IL- 10 gene polymorphisms.
