摘　　要：目的:探讨迁移侵袭抑制蛋白(migration and invasion inhibitor protein,MIIP)在肾细胞癌及癌旁正常肾组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集临床确诊肾细胞癌病理组织84例,包含癌组织及癌旁正常肾组织,进行石蜡包埋切片和免疫组织化学SP法染色,观察分析MIIP在肾细胞癌及癌旁正常肾组织中的表达情况。结果:MIIP在肾细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率为30.95%,在癌旁正常肾组织中的阳性表达率为85.71%(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;肾细胞癌临床分期中MIIP阳性表达率分别为Ⅰ期54.55%,Ⅱ期40.54%和Ⅲ期13.89%,Ⅲ期分别与Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期相比较阳性表达率差异有统计学意义,Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期比较阳性表达率差异无统计学意义。结论:MIIP在肾细胞癌组织中的表达量较癌旁正常肾组织减少,其程度与肿瘤的恶性程度及侵袭迁移有关。Objective： To investigate the expression of migration and invasion inhibitor protein（ MIIP） in renal cell carcinoma（ RCC） and normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma,and its clinical significance. Methods： The pathological tissue group of 84 cases diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma were collected. Paraffin section contained renal cell carcinoma tissue and normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma have been made. Then SP immunohistochemical staining was performed. Results： The rate of MIIP positive expression in RCC tissue specimens was 30. 95%,which in normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma was 85. 71%. In RCC tissue,there has a different expression between the different clinical stages. The rate of phaseⅠ-Ⅲ was 54. 55%,40. 54% and 13. 89%,respectively. The MIIP expression level in phaseⅢ was different from the other two phases and was the lowest one. Conclusion： The MIIP expression level in RCC tissue was lower than that in normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma. The degree that dropped was associated with invasion,metastasis and malignant degree.
