摘 要:重型机动车辆的振动大小影响装置在车上的武器的攻击精度,严重时更会导致武器装备损坏。车架是承载、传递整车振动的关键性部件,非常有必要分析其振动特性。采用Hypermesh软件对某重型机动车辆车架进行有限元前处理,利用MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN软件对其进行了计算机仿真模态分析,并通过LMS(Learning Management System)测试系统对该重型机动车辆的车架进行了试验模态验证分析。结果表明,对该车架的几何模型处理正确,仿真精度较高。结合仿真和试验模态分析结果,发现该重型机动车辆车架的第一阶自由模态较高,且悬架位置布置在一阶上下弯曲模态节点位置,其结构设计合理。The vibration of heavy mobile vehicle affect the attack accuracy of weapons which on the vehicle, in serious cases, it can cause the weapons damaged. Frame is the key part for carrying and delivering the vibration of the whole vehicle, it is very necessary to analyze its vibration characteristics. The simulation modal analysis was carried out by Hypermesh for finite element pre-processing and MSC. PATRAN/NASTRAN software for calculation. The test modal analysis of the frame was done by LMS ( Learning Management System) for verification. The results show that the geometric model of the frame was handled correctly and it can have higher simulation accuracy. Comparison of simulation and test modal analysis results, it was found that the first free mode of heavy mobile vehicle frame is relatively high and suspension is located on node position of the first upper and lower bending modes which show the structure of the frame have a reasonable design.
