摘  要:运用红外线热像仪观测了隧道不同部位的温拌沥青混凝土摊铺面的碾压温度分布情况,分析了其温度离析的不同分布状况和温度差异的形成原因,利用无核密度仪(PQI)检测分析了温度离析对沥青路面中面层压实质量的影响。现场大量的检测数据表明,温拌沥青混凝土碾压温度与其密度、压实度、空隙率之间存在良好的线性相关关系。基于压实质量随碾压温度变化的规律和压实度、空隙率的施工质量最低控制要求,建议温拌沥青混凝土的最低碾压控制温度宜为135℃。参照热拌沥青混凝土温度离析的空隙率和密度差评价标准,提出了温拌沥青混凝土不同温度离析状况时的碾压温度差评价标准,将温度离析划分为4种不同的离析程度:未离析、轻度离析、中度离析和重度离析,相应的碾压温度差评价标准分别为〈4,4-11,11-17,〉17℃。We observed the distribution of rolling temperature of warm mixed asphalt paving at different positions of tunnel by using infrared thermal imager,and analyzed different distributions of the temperature segregation and the reasons of temperature difference. By using non-nuclear density gauge,the influence of temperature segregation on compaction quality of middle surface course of asphalt pavement is detected and analysed. A lot of testing data indicates that( 1) there is a good linear relationships between rolling temperature of warm mixed asphalt concrete and its density,compaction degree,and voids. According to the rule of compaction quality varying with rolling temperature, and the minimum control requirements of construction quality of degree of compaction and voids,the minimum rolling temperature of the warm mixed asphalt is suggested to be controlled at 135 ℃. Referring to the temperature segregation evaluation criteria of voids and density difference of hot mixed asphalt,the rolling temperature difference evaluation criterion of warm mixed asphalt at different temperature segregation levels is suggested, namely, the temperature segregation can be divided into 4 levels which are: not segregation,mild segregation,moderate segregation and severe segregation,and the corresponding rolling temperature difference evaluation criteria are 〈4 ℃,4- 11 ℃,11- 17 ℃ and 〉17 ℃ respectively.
