摘　　要：地方高校智库作为区域协同创新的重要参与主体,在推进区域治理体系与治理能力现代化进行中发挥重要的思想库与智囊团作用。地方高校智库通过政策导向、法规指引、实践拓展与功能优化的空间释放,基于公益化、应用化、差异化与品牌化策略,打造有别于官方智库、民间智库、直属高校智库与外来智库的新型智库,走出一条校内整合、校际联合、校外结合与校地融合的发展路径,不断提升参与区域协同创新的科学化水平。Local colleges and universities, as an important principal part participating in regional collaborative innovation, play an important role of think tank and brain trust in promoting the progress of regional govern- ante system and governance capacity modernization. The think tanks of local colleges and universities, through policy- oriented, regulatory- guided, practice -expanded and ftmction -optimized space release, based on public interest, application, differentiation and brand strategies, build themselves into new- type think tanks, which are distinct from those official think tanks, non -official think tanks, think tanks directly affiliated to u- niversities, as well as foreign think tanks. This way, a development path should be formed, featuring in - school coordination, inter - school cooperation, school - enterprise linkage and school - community integration, to constantly improve the scientific level of participation in regional collaborative innovation.
