摘　　要：社会主义和谐价值观的历史超越性并非超越社会存在、超越历史、放之四海而皆准的"普世价值",而是对中华民族传统和谐价值观的扬弃,体现了价值观历史继承性与超越性的辩证统一,实现了由"和谐社会理想"到"和谐社会实践"的历史性跨越,它为解决当今世界各种矛盾和价值冲突问题提供了新的理念和思路,对于促进世界和谐发展具有积极的作用,因而超越了地域局限性,对世界发展具有普遍意义。The history transcendence of socialist harmonious values are not those universal values that are beyond the social existence, beyond history and universally applicable, They are the sublation of the Chinese nation traditional harmonious values; they reflect the dialectical unification values of historical inheritance and transcendence; they achieve the historic leap from ＂harmonious society ideal＂ to ＂harmonious social practice＂; they provide new ideas and ways of thinking aiming at solving all sorts of contradictions and value conflicts; they play a positive role in promoting the harmonious development of the world, and thus they are beyond the geographical limitations and have universal significance to the world development.
