摘　　要：当前,以互联网为首的媒介新技术的快速发展,不仅创造出一个全新的世界和人类环境,更为巨大地改变着人们的生活工作思维方式、社会结构和文化观念,以至于媒介技术好似跟这个社会完全地结合在了一起,并在彼此反复的互相作用的过程中,实现着不遗余力的"渗透",社会进步由此发生,信息技术、社会心理、舆论乱象等社会风险亦由此而来。Rapid development of new internet media technology not only creates a brand-new world, but also brings dramatic changes to people＇s normal ways of working and thinking, social structure and cultural concept. The development of network technology is so rapid that it seems to be integrated with the society and penetrated into society in the process of interactions with each other repeatedly. Thus, social progress comes with social risks such as information technology, social psychology, the chaos of public opinion.
