摘　　要：目的对放射性粒子碘125(I^(125))植入配合锶89核素(Sr89)内照射治疗转移性椎体肿瘤患者进行疗效分析。方法以68例诊断明确的转移性椎体肿瘤患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为2组,其中34例对照组患者给予I^(125)粒子植入治疗,其余34位联合组患者接受I^(125)粒子植入联合Sr89内照射治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗后,联合组患者在生活质量、疼痛评分、病灶大小以及生存时间等指标上均明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 I^(125)粒子植入联合Sr89内照射治疗转移性椎体肿瘤具有良好的临床疗效和应用价值。Objective To analysis radioactive iodine 125 particles（ I125） implanted with strontium（ Sr89） radiotherapy on 89 metastatic patients with vertebral body tumor curative effect. Methods 68 diagnosis definite metastatic vertebral body tumor patients as the research object,all the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,34 cases in the control group patients give I125 particles implantation treatment,the rest of the joint group of 34 patients received I125 particles embedded within the joint Sr89 irradiation treatment,compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment. Results Post treatment,the group of patients in the quality of life,the ache grades,lesion size and survival time,in such indices were all significantly better than the control group patients. Conclusion I125 particle implantation alliance Sr89,Irradiation in treatment of metastatic vertebral body tumor has good clinical curative effect and application value.
