基于卓越工程师培养的3I人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：卓越工程师培养计划更新了传统的人才培养观念与模式,对专业知识、能力和品德等综合素养提出了更高的要求。本文以本校生物医学工程专业为例,分析了卓越工程师人才培养中3I特质的涵义,并针对不同的素质提出改革思路与应用,最后从3I人才培养模式改革的效果阐述了卓越工程师3I人才培养的意义。The plan of cultivating excellent engineers training updated traditional specialty personnel training mode, which put forward higher requirements at professional knowledge, capacity and quality. Taking Biomedical Engineering professional for example, we analyzed the implication of 3I specialty during cultivating excellent engineers training, and advanced reform ideas and application at the different qualities. From the reform effect of 3I specialty personnel training, we stated the significance of 31 specialty personnel training about cultivating excellent engineers training.
