摘　　要：宇文所安的中国文论研究与阐释,具有鲜明的历史化、语境化特征。他主张以文本为中心来阐释中国的文学思想,侧重于文本的生成、传播和效果的横向考察,进而呈现出中国文论话语、范畴、理论和思想的生成机制和实践方式。这种"活的思想"及其阐释方法论,可以称之为"以中国作为方法"。Stephen Owen＇s study and interpretation of Chinese literary theory has a distinct historicized and contextualized feature. He stresses that the study of Chinese literary theory should be based on individual texts, centering on the production, dissemination and effect of texts synchronically, with an eye to presenting the production mechanism and practices of the discourses, categories, theories, and thought of Chinese literary criticism. This ＂living thought＂ and its way of interpretation can be considered ＂China as the method＂.
