摘  要:研究与制定了尿素喷射控制单元(DCU)的控制策略,包括尿素喷射控制策略和OBD诊断策略。搭建了SCR系统的半实物仿真平台,自主开发了CAN总线仿真软件,包括CAN初始化设置、CAN网络环境创建、数据发送及接收模块、用于扩展的信息解析模块等。基于CAN总线仿真软件对DCU的尿素喷射控制及OBD功能进行半实物仿真分析,结果表明,本文尿素喷射控制程序及OBD模块程序设计正确。The control strategy of software of urea dosing control unit(DCU), including urea injection control strategy and OBD diagnosis strategy, is studied and developed. The SCR system semi-physical simulation platform is structured,and CAN bus simulation software, which includes CAN initialization settings, CAN network environment creation, data transmission and receiving module, information analysis module for extension, etc., is developed independently. Finally semi-physical simulation analysis is made to urea dosing control and OBD function based on CAN bus simulation software,the results show that urea injection control and OBD module programming is a correct design.
