摘  要:采用高速摄影技术和纹影法,通过试验研究了喷射背压、喷油嘴开启压力和喷孔直径对煤制油宏观喷雾特性的影响。试验结果表明:随喷射的持续,煤制油的喷雾贯穿距逐渐增大,而喷雾锥角呈先增大后减小的规律;喷射背压增大使得煤制油的喷雾贯穿距减小并使喷雾锥角增大;喷油嘴孔径的增大使得喷雾贯穿距离和喷雾锥角均增大;当喷油嘴的开启压力在15~23MPa之间变化时,煤制油的宏观喷雾特性变化不明显。与柴油的喷雾特性相比,两种燃油的喷雾特性变化规律基本相同,但煤制油的喷雾贯穿距较小,喷雾锥角较大。Using high-speed photograph technology and schlieren photography, the influences of the different injection back-pressures, the opening pressures of injection nozzle and the injection orifice diameters on the spray characteristics of CTL were studied. The research results show that the spray penetration is increased with the injection duration, and the spray cone angle is increased at first and then decreased with the injection duration. With the increase of injection back-pressure the spray penetration is continuously decreased, while the cone angle is increased inversely. Furthermore, both the spray penetration and the cone angle are increased with the increase of injection orifice diameter. However, the macroscopic spray characteristics of CTL remain nearly unchanged with the opening pressure of injection nozzle between 15 MPa and 23 MPa. In addition, the experimental results also demonstrate that the general spray characteristics of CTL are similar to that of diesel fuel. But CTL gives shorter spray penetration distance and larger spray cone angle as compared with those of diesel fuel.
