健脾催肥颗粒提高肉鸡生产性能的研究

摘　　要：为了探讨健脾催肥颗粒的防病保健效果与机理,试验采用病理组织学和生理生化鉴定方法,将120只1日龄三黄鸡分成A组、B组、C组、D组,研究了健脾催肥颗粒对消化道酶活力和肠壁结构的影响。结果表明:健脾催肥颗粒可提高雏鸡的成活率(P<0.05)和增重率(P<0.05或P<0.01);对十二指肠和空肠的脂肪酶、淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活力,以及十二指肠肠绒毛密度和长度均具有极显著提升作用(P<0.01)。说明健脾催肥颗粒具有防病促生长作用,并且该作用机理与其对消化道酶活力和胃肠道吸收面积的提升作用有关。To investigate the effect and mechanism of Jianpi Cuifei granules on disease prevention and health care, the methods of histopathologi- cal and biochemical identification were used in the test. One hundred and twenty 1 - day - old Sanhuang broilers were divided into A, B, C, and D groups, and then the effects of Jianpi Cuifei granules on the enzyme activity in the digestive tract and the structure of intestinal wall of broil- ers. The results showed that the Jianpi Cuifei granules could significantly improve （ P 〈 O. 05 ） the survival rate, and signifieantly improve （ P 〈 0.05 ） or highly significantly improve （P 〈0.01 ） the rate of weight gain. It could highly significantly improve （P 〈0.01 ）the lipase, amylase and the trypsin activity in the duodenum and jejunum, as well as the density and length of intestinal villus in the duodenum. The results indi- cate that Jianpi Cuifei granules have a growth - promoting effect with disease prevention, and its action of mechanism is related to enhancing the enzyme activity in the digestive tract and the gastrointestinal absorption area.
