摘　　要：以种群生态学中描述单种群增长规律的Logistic模型为基础,对钢铁企业战略联盟的共生稳定性进行分析,探寻钢铁企业战略联盟达到稳定发展时需要满足的条件,并为钢铁企业选择适当的联盟方式提出建议。研究表明:中小型钢铁企业适合横向联盟共生模式,联盟内企业间要保持适度的竞争;实力雄厚的大型钢铁企业适合纵向联盟共生模式,钢铁企业自身的实力要足够雄厚以担当起联盟核心的角色。The paper analyzes symbiotic stability of steel companies＂ strategic alliance based on Logistic model from Population Ecology which describes single species＂ growth law, explores the conditions for steel company strategic alliance to reach a stable development and makes recommendations for iron and steel enterprises to choose a proper way to alliance. Research shows small and medium steel enterprises are suitable for transverse alliance symbiotic mode. Enterprises within the Union should maintain an appropriate competition. The strength of large iron and steel enterprises are suitable for longitudinal mode and steel enterprises should be strong enough to assume the central role in coalition and promote long-term stable development of the whole Union.
