摘 要:选取8种肉牛常用粗饲料样品,应用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)提出的碳水化合物和蛋白质组分对其进行分析,并根据CNCPS模型估测能值。结果表明:(1)小麦秸中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量较苜蓿干草高40.8%(P<0.05);葡萄梗酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量较玉米青贮高66.1%(P<0.05);苜蓿干草粗蛋白质(CP)含量显著高于其他粗饲料(P<0.05);番茄酱渣脂肪(EE)、非蛋白氮(NPN)和酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)含量显著高于其他粗饲料(P<0.05)。(2)苜蓿干草真蛋白(PB1+PB2+PB3)含量显著高于其他粗饲料(P<0.05);葡萄梗不可降解粗蛋白质(PC)含量最高;玉米秸碳水化合物(CHO)含量较番茄酱渣高24.7%(P<0.05);玉米青贮中速降解碳水化合物(CB1)含量显著高于其他粗饲料(P<0.05);番茄酱渣不可利用碳水化合物(CC)含量最高。(3)番茄酱渣总可消化氧分(TDN)、维持水平消化能(DE)、代谢能(ME)和维持净能(NEm)值较小麦秸分别高49.6%、50.0%、49.7%和91.8%(P<0.05);番茄酱渣增重净能(NEg)值较玉米秸高77.6%(P<0.05),玉米秸增重净能(NEg)值较小麦秸高87.1%(P<0.05)。本试验从蛋白质和碳水化合物两方面更精确地评定了粗饲料营养价值,一定程度上反映了粗饲料的营养特性。This study was conducted to evaluate the nutrition values of 8 kinds of roughages commonly used for beef cattle using Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System (CNCPS).The results showed that: (1)Neutral detergent fiber (NDF)in wheat straw was 40.8% higher than that of alfalfa hay (P 〈 0.05);acid detergent fiber (ADF)content in Grape stem was 66.1% higher than that of corn silage (P 〈 0.05 );crude protein (CP)content in alfalfa hay was significantly higher than that of other roughage(P 〈 0.05);crude fat (EE),nonprotein nitrogen(NPN)and acid detergent lignin(ADL)content in tomato sauce residue were significantly higher than those of other roughage (P 〈 0.05 ). (2)True protein (PB 1 +PB2+PB3 ) content of alfalfa hay was significantly higher than that of other roughage(P 〈 0.05) ;undegradable nitrogen(PC)content in grape stem was highest;CHO content in corn stalk was 24.7% higher than that of tomato sauce residue (P 〈 0.05); intermediate degradable carbohydrate fraction (CB1)content in corn silage was significantly higher than that of other roughage (P 〈 0.05);unavailable carbohydrate (CC) content in tomato sauce residue was the highest. (3)Total digestible nutrients (TDN),the digestible energy (DE),metabolizable energy (ME)and net energy for maintenance (NE~)in tomato sauce residue were 49.6%,50.0%,49.7% and 91.8% higher than those of wheat straw respectively (P 〈 0.05) ;net energy for gain (NEg)in tomato sauce residue was 77.6% higher than that of corn stalk (P 〈 0.05) ,NEg of corn stalk was 87.1% higher than that of wheat straw(P 〈 0.05).From both protein and carbohydrates the nutritional value of roughage was more accurately assessed, to some extent reflected the nutrition characteristics of roughage.
