四川男子网球队一线运动员的人格状况调查研究——以卡特尔16PF人格测试量表为工具

摘　　要：以卡特尔16PF人格量表为工具,对四川省男子网球队9名一线运动员进行了人格测试,结果显示:该群体人格因子中兴奋性、敢为性和世故性显著高于常模,怀疑性和独立性显著低于常模;与常模相比普遍安详机警,行事果断刚毅,有较强的进取精神,性格活泼外向,这是该群体的典型特征;心理健康水平和专业成就能力稍好于普通人群,而创造能力和适应新环境的能力与我国成年人群相比存在较大差距。针对以上特点,结合训练实际,提出了相应的对策。By taking Cattell 16 PF personality scale as the tool,this study carries out personality test on 9male front-line athletes in Sichuan men’s tennis team.The results show that the group personality factors of excitement,boldness and sophistication significantly are higher than the norm,suspicion and independence is significantly lower than the norm;compared with the norm,the group members are generally serene and alert,act decisively,have strong entrepreneurial spirits,lively and outgoing;moreover,the mental health and professional achievement ability of this group is slightly better than the general population,while the creativity and ability to adapt to new environment lags behind the general adult population.For the above characteristics,combined with practical training,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
