摘　　要：分析了国内应用型本科人才培养方案制订和实施的现状,结合郑州科技学院人才培养方案改革实施中取得的成绩和出现的问题,提出了应用型人才培养方案制订中需要改进和完善的关键措施。The current situation of development and implementation of applied undergraduate talent cultivation plan is analyzed. Combining the achievements and problems of Zhengzhou Institute of Science and Technology in reforming the talent cultivation plan, the key measures to improve and perfect it are proposed.
