企业导师在工程管理专业毕业实践教学中的作用研究

摘　　要：毕业实习和毕业设计是工程管理专业人才培养过程中最后一个综合性实践教学环节。在此环节中引入企业导师,不仅可以提高毕业设计质量,提升学生的实践应用能力及社会适应能力,而且能为校、地、生多赢团队的建立提供平台。在企业导师制实施过程中还存在诸如企业导师资源匮乏、介入时间滞后、管理机制不完善等问题,探讨相应对策加以改进和完善是保证企业导师制健康持续发展的关键。Graduation practice and graduation design is the final practical process for construction management.The introduction of enterprise advisors can not only improve the quality of graduation design by training the ability of practice and adapting to society, but it can also establish the multi-win team. There are many problems that need to be solved in the implementation of enterprise advisors, such as insufficient resources of enterprise advisors,too late an introduction time, and an imperfect management mechanism. Therefore, some effective measures should be taken to solve the above problems and promote the sustainable development of enterprise tutor system.
