摘  要:采用磁控溅射法制备了Cu-Co复合氧化物催化剂,并利用SEM、EDS及XRD等分析技术和CV、LSV测试方法,分析了Cu-Co复合氧化物的晶粒大小、微观形貌及催化性能。实验结果表明,催化剂中Cu、Co元素掺杂量对其晶粒大小和微观形貌有直接影响,溅射沉积所获得的CuCo_2O_4、Cu_2CoO_3和Cu-(1-x)Co_xO三种不同晶型的氧化物中,Cu_2CoO_3的催化活性最大,而Cu_(1-x)Co_xO与CuCo_2O_4催化活性相当,且Cu_2CoO_3表现出了更具竞争性的催化活性。Cu-Co composite oxide catalysts were prepared by magnetron sputtering method, and the grain size, micro-morphology and catalytic properties of Cu-Co composite oxides were analyzed by the analytical techniques of SEM,EDS and XRD, and testing methods of LSV and CV. The experimental results show that the Cu and Co elements inthe catalysts have a direct influence on the grain size and micro morphology of the catalysts. Among the three oxidesof CuCo2O4, Cu2CoO3 and Cu2CoO3 with different crystal,Cu2CoO3 has the largest catalytic activity, while Cu2CoO3 and Cu(1-x)CoxO have similar catalytic activity, and Cu2CoO3 shows to be more competitive.
