馆员职业能力的现状与提升路径——以地方高校图书馆馆员为中心

摘　　要：地方高校图书馆馆员的职业能力的提升并未与高校图书馆硬件服务设施的进步同步发生,从而影响到地方高校图书馆为学校教学科研服务的质量和水平。在阐述地方高校图书馆馆员现状及存在问题的基础上,分析指出馆员职业能力不足的四个方面的原因,提出鼓励馆员自我提升、加强学术交流、抓好业务学习、完善管理制度、做好岗位轮换、鼓励馆员开展科研等六点建议。Enhancement of the professional ability of local university librarians did not occur simultaneously with the progress of the university library hardware facilities,thus affecting the quality and service level for teaching and scientific research in the libraries of local colleges and universities. Based on elaborating local colleges and universities present situation of librarians and the existing problems,this paper analyzes the cause of insufficient librarian professional ability from four aspects,finally puts forward six pieces of advice on improvement of the local university librarians professional ability：to encourage librarian self-improvement,to strengthen academic exchanges,to grasp the business of learning,to improve the management system,to do a good job rotation,to encourage librarians to carry out scientific research aspects.
