摘  要:以云南山茶二倍体、四倍体和六倍体植株的成熟叶片为材料,采用石蜡制片法和光学显微技术测定了叶片角质层厚度、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度、叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅海比、叶片结构紧密度和叶片结构疏松度等耐旱相关的解剖结构特征参数,并进行统计分析。结果表明,所研究的9个指标在3个倍性间均表现出显著或极显著的差异,通过多重比较和主成分分析,最终选出最具代表性的5项指标进行隶属函数值计算及耐旱性综合评价,得出不同倍性间的耐旱潜力的大小顺序为四倍体>二倍体>六倍体,所得结果可为云南山茶的定向育种提供依据。Mature leaves of diploid,tetraploid and hexaploid of Camellia reticulate( Theaceae) were produced by paraffin method. The anatomical characters of drought related including thickness of the cutin,thickness of the upper epidermis,thickness of the lower epidermis,leaves thickness,thickness of palisade tissue,thickness of spongy tissue,ratio between palisade tissue to spongy tissue,tightness of leaves palisade tissue structure and looseness of leaves sponge tissue structure were investigated. They were measured by optical microscopy and analyzed statistically. The results showed that all of the indices were significantly or highly significantly different. At last 5 anatomical structure indices with most representativeness were selected. Comprehensive analysis using subordinative function method indicated that the potential of drought resistance in tetraploid was the largest,followed by diploid and hexaploid. The result would be used to the further study of Camellia reticulate in directed breeding.
