摘  要:目的观察不同光量子数蓝光长时间间断照射对豚鼠屈光发育及视网膜损伤作用。方法将56只普通级英国短毛三色健康雄性豚鼠分成7组:白光组(8只),实验组(48只)。白光组应用光量子数为3.0μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)的白色光间断照射;实验组应用不同光量子数的蓝光间断照射,分为蓝光A、B、C、D、E、F 6组(每组8只),分别接受3.0μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)、4.5μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)、6.0μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)、7.5μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)、9.0μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)、12.0μmol·m-2·s^(-1)的光量子数照射。每2周对豚鼠屈光度、眼轴长度、玻璃体腔长度进行一次检测。并在光照20周后,对豚鼠视网膜及巩膜组织进行HE染色及TUNEL细胞凋亡检测,观察各组视网膜组织的损伤情况。结果实验前各组屈光度检测结果比较差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。光照20周后,白光组和蓝光A组屈光度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),白光组屈光度随着实验的进行趋向于近视方向发展,变化幅度为(^(-1).84±0.35)D,蓝光A组趋向于远视方向发展,变化幅度为(1.17±0.47)D;不同光量子数照射下的蓝光各组中,蓝光B组屈光度变化幅度最大,为(1.52±0.63)D,与其他蓝光各组比较差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。光照20周后,各组豚鼠眼轴及玻璃体腔均有一定程度的增长:光照20周后,白光组和蓝光A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),白光组变化幅度为(1.24±0.13)mm,蓝光A组变化幅度为(1.10±0.05)mm;不同光量子数照射下的蓝光各组中,蓝光B组眼轴长度变化幅度最小,为(1.05±0.06)mm,但与其他蓝光各组比较差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。光照20周后,白光组视网膜各层清晰,局部可见皱缩,巩膜胶原纤维排列紧密,局部可见细小间隙;蓝光A组和蓝光F组与白光组的改变差异不明显。结论蓝光长时间间断照射可以抑制豚鼠近视形成,光量子数为4.5μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)时抑制作用最强;不�Objective To study the effects of different intensity of incontinuous blue light irradiation on refractive development and retinal damage in guinea pigs.Methods Fifty-six healthy male guinea pigs with normal-level English short-haired and tricolor species were divided into control group(8 cases) and experimental group(48 cases).Control group was given with application of intermittent white light density,while experimental group was disposed by different intensity of blue light irradiation,respectively marked by A,B,C,D,E,F group with corresponding doses of 3.0 μmol·m^-2·s^-1,4.5 μmol·m^-2·s^-1,6.0 μmol·m^-2·s^-1,7.5 μmol·m^-2·s^-1,9.0 μmol·m^-2·s^-1,12.0μmol·m^-2·s^-1.Every 2 weeks such indicators as guinea pig diopter,optic axial length,glass body cavity length were tested once in order to observe the change trend of each parameter.And 20 weeks later,tissues of the retina and sclera in guinea pigs were stained by HE and TUNEL to observe the apoptosis,pathology examination was performed to observe the retinal tissue traumatic change of each group.Results There was no statistical difference in diopter among seven groups before experiment(all P〉0.05).Via 20 weeks of irradiation,there was statistical difference in diopter between control group and group A(P〈0.05),the refraction in the control group turned to myopia,the change amplitude of diopter was(-1.84 ±0.35) D,while group A turned to hypermetropia,the change amplitude was(1.17 ±0.47) D.In the blue-light groups,the change amplitude of diopter in group B was the most,which was(1.52 ±0.63) D,there were statistical differences compared to other blue-light groups(all P〈0.05).Via 20 weeks of irradiation,the ocular axial length and vitreous body cavity were increased.There was statistical difference in the ocular axial length between control group and group A,the change amplitude in the control group was(1.24 ±0.13) mm,which in the group A was(1.10 ±0.05) mm.In the blue-light groups,the change amplit
