剔络化瘀养血明目法对早期非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变患者视功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨剔络化瘀养血明目法对早期非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变患者视功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年5月至2014年5月在我院住院部经剔络化瘀养血明目法治疗的早期非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变患者21例(24眼)。经归元剔络化瘀方、改善微循环类药物、营养神经类药物治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后最佳矫正视力、视野的变化。结果早期非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变患者经剔络化瘀养血明目法治疗2个疗程后,视力提高0.18±0.24,较治疗前差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);视野敏感度提高(2.34±3.65)d B,较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);视野缺损降低(-2.26±3.81)d B,较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剔络化瘀养血明目法能有效改善早期非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变患者的视功能。Objective To investigate the effects of Tiluohuayu Yangxuemingmu method on visual function of early non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy（NAION）.Methods Twenty-one early NAION patients（24 eyes） were collected from May,2012 to May,2014 in our hospital,and all patients were treated by Tiluohuayu Yangxuemingmu method（TCM,microcirculation drugs and nutritional drugs for two courses）.The best corrected visual acuity and visual field were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment of 2 courses,the visual acuity was improved by 0.18 ±0.24,and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Visual field sensitivity increased by（2.34 ± 3.65） dB,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The visual field defect decreased by（-2.26 ±3.81） dB,and the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Tiluohuayu Yangxuemingmu method can improve the visual function of early NAION patients.
