摘　　要：目的探讨本院近十年皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变的发病特点及临床诊疗情况,为提高皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变的诊疗水平提供依据。方法采用系统回顾的研究方法对本院2005年1月-2014年12月共946例皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变患者的临床病理资料进行分析。结果皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变946例,占所统计年份皮肤病理活检患者总数的11.30%。男女比例为0.92∶1,中位年龄为66岁,临床诊断和病理诊断总符合率为63.95%。其中基底细胞癌(BCC)264例,占27.91%,鳞状细胞癌(SCC)196例,占20.72%,二者的临床和病理诊断符合率分别为68.18%和59.69%。Paget病68例,临床和病理诊断符合率最高(88.24%)。结论近十年本院皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变诊断病例数整体呈增加趋势,发病情况有其自身的特点。Objective To investigate the disease characteristics and medical status in the incidence of skin malignant tumor and precancerous lesions in the Subsidiary Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering in the past decade. Methods Analyze the clinical data of the patients diagnosed pathologically as skin malignant tumor and precancerous lesions from January 2005 to December 2014 in the department of dermatology through a research method of systematic review. Results A total number of 946 cases of skin malignant tumor and precancerous lesions were included in the study, which accounted for 11.30% of the total number of patients with pathological biopsy of the skin. The male to female ratio was 0. 92 ： 1. The median age was 66 years old, the total concordance rate between clinical and pathological diagnosis was 63.95%. Two hundreds and sixty-four cases with basal cell carcinoma （BCC） accounted for 27. 91% while 196 cases with squamous cell carcinoma （SCC） accounted for 20. 72%. Their concordance rates between clinical and pathological were 68.18 % and 59.69% respectively. The number of Paget＇ s disease was 68, with the highest concordance rate between clinical and pathological diagnosis（88.24% ）. Conclusion The trend of the cases number of skin cancer and precancerous lesions was increasing generally with its own characteristics in our hospital, in the past ten years.
