疣状角化不良瘤1例

摘　　要：患者女,40岁。右颞部褐色结节1年余。皮肤科情况:右颞部可见约1.2cm×1.2cm大小褐色角化性结节,中心呈脐形凹陷,表面不光滑,无红肿、破溃,边界清楚,质地较硬。皮损组织病理学检查示:表皮角化过度,杯状凹陷内充有角栓,棘层肥厚,凹陷内可见角化不良细胞,即圆体和谷粒。诊断:疣状角化不良瘤。A 40-year-old woman presented with a brownish nodule on the right tempal for one year. Clinically, the hyper- keratotic nodule was brown and measured 1.2cm in diameter, with clear boundary and a navel-shaped depression in the centre. Skin biopsy from the lesion revealed hyperkeratosis,acanthosis and a cup-shaped structure filled with masses of keratin materials and dyskertotic cells called corps ronds and grains. The diagnosis of warty dyskeratoma was made.
