参附对晚期乳腺癌化疗患者免疫的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参附注射液对乳腺癌患者外周血细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:应用流式细胞术对76例晚期乳腺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞(CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)及自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性进行检测,比较化疗的同时使用胸腺肽α1、胸腺肽α1+参附后的差异。将76例乳腺癌患者随机分为三组,一组未使用药物处理;一组接受胸腺肽α1治疗;一组接受参附+胸腺肽α1治疗。结果:化疗后空白对照组CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK细胞值与化疗前比均降低(P<0.05);化疗后胸腺肽组α1及参附+胸腺肽α1组CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK细胞值与化疗前比均明显升高(P<0.05),且参附+胸腺肽α1组升高较胸腺肽α1组明显(P<0.05)。结论:可提高晚期乳腺癌患者外周血细胞免疫功能的作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Shenfu Injection on peripheral blood cell immune function of breast cancer patients. Methods： Peripheral blood T lymphoeytes （CD4, CDs, CD4/CDs ） and natural killer ceils （NK cells） activity by flow cy- tometry were detected in 76cases of advanced breast cancer patients, comparing the differences of using thymosin alpha 1, thymosin α1and Shenfu Injection in chemotherapy. 76cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into three groups, a group of un- used medication; a group of thymosin alpha 1, a group of Shenfu Injection and thymosin alpha 1. Results ： After chemotherapy, the blank controlled group CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, NK cell value were lower （P〈0. 05 ） ; after chemotherapy, Thymosin alpha lgroup and Shenfu Injection and thymosin alpha 1 groups of CD4, CDs, CD4/CD8, NK cell value were increased significantly （P〈0. 05 ）, and Shenfu Injection and thymosin alpha l group increased more significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection can enhance the thymosin alpha 1, and can improve peripheral blood cell immune function of the patients with advanced breast.
