逍遥散加减治疗慢性复发性溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散加减治疗慢性复发性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的86例患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予逍遥散加减,对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶口服,观察两组治疗效果及6月后复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.70%,6月复发率为23.26%,对照组分别为74.42%、46.51%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散加减治疗慢性复发性溃疡性结肠炎,临床疗效显著,复发率低,具有较高的临床价值。Objective： Discussing the clinical curative effect of using Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of chronically recurrent ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods： 86patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group （n = 43 ）. The treat- ment group was given Xiaoyao Powder. The controlled group was given SASP. Then compare the clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients and recurrence rate of 6months. Results ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 70%, the con- trolled group was 74. 42%, the recurrence rate of 6months of the treatment group was 23. 26%, the controlled group was 46. 51%. Conclusion： Xiaoyao Powder has exact effect for treating UC, has lower recurrence rate and is worth of popularizing in clinic.
