联合检测血清CA15-3及外周血DNT细胞在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤鉴别及乳腺恶性肿瘤早期诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺良、恶性肿瘤鉴别和乳腺恶性肿瘤早期诊断的新方法。方法采用流式细胞仪测定乳腺肿瘤患者外周血DNT细胞及血清CA15-3的表达水平。结果血清CA15-3及外周血DNT细胞检测乳腺恶性肿瘤的灵敏度、特异度分别为60.0%、96.3%;55.8%、71.3%。联合血清CA15-3及外周血DNT细胞检测,并联实验将乳腺恶性肿瘤的灵敏度提高至82.3%,串联实验将特异度提高到98.9%。结论利用血清CA15-3与DNT细胞联合检测,将明显提高乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断的灵敏度和特异度,有较大的临床应用价值。Objective To explore a new method for early diagnosis of breast cancer, and differentiating diagnosis of benign and malignant tumor. Methods The flow cytometry was used to determine the expression levels of DNT cells and CA15-3 in peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer. Results The sensitivity and specificity of serum CA15-3 and peripheral blood DNT cells in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 60% ,96.3% ,55.8%, 71.3 % , respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of combined serum CA15-3 and peripheral blood DNT cells were 82.3% and 98.9%, respectively. Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA15-3 and DNT ceils could improve the sensitivity and specificity with great clinical value for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
