血清唾液酸与羟脯氨酸联合检测在恶性肿瘤诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清唾液酸与羟脯氨酸联合检测在恶性肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法选取共296例标本,其中肿瘤患者142例、非肿瘤类疾病患者55例、健康人99例,比色法检测血清唾液酸与羟脯氨酸浓度。比较在不同疾病下该指标的检测结果,统计分析各组间结果差异,探讨其对肿瘤的诊断价值。结果肿瘤组唾液酸与羟脯氨酸浓度明显高于非肿瘤疾病组和健康组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论测定血清中唾液酸与羟脯氨酸浓度,有利于临床上恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of combined detection of Serum SA and Hyp in the diagnosis of malignant tumors. Methods The levels of serum SA and Hyp in 142 cancer patients, 55 non-neoplastic diseases patients and 99 healthy controls were measured by Colorimetric method, and the detection results were analyzed. Results The serum levels of SA and Hyp in patients with malignant tumors were significantly higher than that of other two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined detection of serum SA and Hyp might have important value in the auxiliary diagnosis of malignant tumors.
