摘　　要：运用科学的职业能力分析方法是职业院校进行专业设置、专业建设、课程开发及课程实施的基础和关键。本文运用"二维四步五解"职业能力分析法确定了外贸跟单员和业务员的职业发展路径,并针对路径中各级岗位分析了其对应的工作项目、项目评定等级、工作任务及职业能力点。The employment of scientific occupational ability analysis method is the decisive factor for thesuccessful specialty design and building as well as curriculum development and implementation in vocationalcolleges. In this paper, the occupational ability analysis method consisted of two dimensions, four steps and fiveaspects is used to determine the career development path of foreign trade merchandisers and salesmen, and itanalyzes corresponding work project, project evaluation grade, tasks and occupational abilities at various levels.
