学生职业素养融入工作任务的高职课程教学改革与实践——以《功能食品实训技术》为例

摘　　要：《功能食品实训技术》是食品营养与检测专业一门重要的专业课程。本文从企业真实工作任务出发,参照食品检验工职业资格标准及行业要求,以工学结合为导向,围绕功能食品分离纯化岗位的工作任务所需的知识、技能,把学生职业素养融入其中,详尽阐述了该课程改革的思路、教学资源库、"教学做"实训室、教学内容、教学方法、考核方法和课程特色等方面的改革与实践。＂Functional Food Technology＂ is about the food nutrition and an important testing professionalcourse. Starting from the orientation of combination of working and learning and enterprise＇s tasks, referring tostandard of occupational qualification for food inspection workers and industry requirements, combining withknowledge and skills needed in the separation and purification of functional food, this paper elaborates how pro-fessionalism of the students can be combined into the thinking of curriculum reform, teaching resource library, ＂Teaching,＂ to reform and practice training room, teaching content, teaching methods, assessment methods andcurriculum and other aspects of the characteristics.
