摘  要:在ANSYS中运用APDL语言参数化编程,建立空气静压轴承的三维流场模型;在Workbench环境下将模型导入到FLUENT中,分析微孔阵列式节流器微孔个数、节流器微孔直径以及压力腔的直径和深度对空气静压轴承稳定性的影响。结果表明:采用微孔阵列节流器可以显著减小微振动;随着节流微孔的直径和压力腔直径的减小及压力腔深度的增加,微振动均减小,空气轴承的稳定性提高。By using parametric APDL language to program, the three-dimensional flow model of the aerostatic bearing was established in ANSYS.The model was put into the FLUENT in the Workbench environment to analyze the effect of micropore number in multiple orifices array restrictor, throttle pore diameter, and pressure cavity diameter and depth on the stability of aerostatic bearing.The results show that the microvibration can be significantly reduced by using multiple orifices array restrictor so as to improve the stability of the aerostatic bearing.The microvibration of the aerostatic bearing is reduced and the stability is improved with the decreasing of the throttle pore diameter and the pressure cavity diameter, as well as the increasing the cavity depth.
