控制权私有收益对企业创新投入与模式的影响研究——来自科技型中小企业的经验证据

摘　　要：利用深圳证券交易所2008-2013年上市企业的数据,实证分析了控制权私有收益对企业创新投入与创新模式选择的影响。结果显示,控制权私有收益对科技型中小企业的技术创新投入具有阻碍作用;控制权私有收益对不同创新模式的影响存在差异,即控制权私有收益越高的企业倾向于选择探索式创新,反之倾向于选择开发式创新。Taking listed companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2013 as samples,this paper analyzes the impact of private benefits of control on enterprises＇ technological innovation and innovation mode. Empirical results show that private benefits of control has hindering effect on technology-based SMEs＇ technological innovation,private benefits of control has different impact on innovation mode. Private benefits of control have stimulating effect on exploratory innovation,but have negative effect on exploitative innovation.
