摘　　要：文章以ProQuest公司为例,从论文收录、版权政策、公开限制和营利模式四个方面,分析了国外学位论文的利用模式。在分析的基础上,结合我国研究生培养机制的特点,提出以下利用建议:增加导师、研究生培养机构和国家为学位论文版权主体:建设国家层面的集中式学位论文全文数据库;建立以行政化为主、商业化为辅的学位论文呈缴机制:构建政府提供公益化基本服务、学位论文数据库商提供增值服务的学位论文服务模式。Illustrated by the example of ProQuest Company, the author analyzes the foreign utilization model of dissertations and theses from the following four aspects： the collection of dissertations and theses, copyright policy, dis- tribution restriction and profit model. With the feature of domestic postgraduate education system, the results of the analysis can be summarized as the following four points： First, advisor, postgraduate education institution and country should be the copyright owner, too. Second, the government should build the national level centralized database of full-text dissertations and theses. What＇s more, we should establish the mechanism, from which we can collect disser- tations and theses through administrative way mainly while commercial way auxiliary. Last but not least, we should set up the service model of dissertations and theses, in which the government provides basic non-profit service, while the database supplier provides value-added service.
