摘　　要：为了提高我国水产品在国际市场中的竞争力与地位,将良好农业规范(GAP)和危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)原理相结合,建立了基于适当保护水平的水产养殖质量安全体系,确立了该体系的短期和长期目标,制定了适当保护水平的原则。该体系规范了水产品的养殖生产,保障了养殖水产品的质量安全,促进了水产养殖业的健康与可持续发展。In order to improve the competitiveness and position of China aquatic products in the international market,combined good agriculture practice and hazard analysis and critical control point,a safety system of aquaculture based on appropriate level of protection was established. The system built-up short-term and long-term goals,then developed the principle of appropriate level of protection. The study has regulated the process of aquaculture products,ensured the quality and safety of aquaculture industry,promoted healthy and sustainable development of aquaculture.
