椎管内神经鞘瘤一例

摘　　要：目的观察1例椎管内神经鞘瘤患者的临床表现、影像学资料及病理资料,为早期诊断提供临床证据。方法收集患者病史及在本院住院治疗期间的体格检查、影像学和实验室。结果本病例亚急性发病,经手术治疗症状有所好转,头颅MRI示颈2-6椎体后方椎管内见梭形病灶,边缘强化为主,强化明显,最大前后径约8mm,占位效应明显。手术病理结果示神经鞘瘤。结论中青年人出现快速进展的四肢瘫痪并伴有颈背部疼痛,应考虑到脊髓肿瘤的可能。Objective Schwannoma of the spine is a rare tumor,in this report,we present the clinical manifestations,imaging data and pathological data of one case to provide more clinical evidence for early diagnosis.Methods Collect the patient ＇s history and physical examination,imaging studies and laboratory tests in hospital during hospitalization. Rseults The patient had presented with subacute course and improved after surgery,Magnetic resonance imaging showed a fusiform lesion in the intraspinal at C2 - C6,edge enhancement strengthen significantly,the maximum anteroposterior diameter about 8mm,mass effect obviously; edge enhancement mainly to strengthen significantly,Pathological examination revealed subpial schwannoma. Conclusion We report the rare case presenting rapidly epiconus syndrome and fever of young adults,which may be considered of intramedullary schwannoma.
