葛根素注射液联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死急性期临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察葛根素注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性脑梗死临床疗效及安全性。方法将150例患者按随机数字表法分为葛根素组、依达拉奉组及联合组各50例。在常规治疗基础上,葛根素组单用葛根素注射液;依达拉奉组单用依达拉奉注射液;联合用药组联用两种药物。3组疗程均为20 d。治疗前及治疗后20、60 d,评定神经功能缺损、日常生活能力、运动功能,分析临床疗效,检测药物安全性。结果 3组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)分数在治疗后20、60 d降低(P<0.05),日常生活能为量表(ADL)及运动评定量表(MAS)分数升高(P<0.05);联合组NIHSS分数在治疗后20 d、60 d明显低于葛根素组、依达拉奉组(P<0.05),ADL及MAS分数明显高于葛根素组、依达拉奉组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后20 d疗效分布与葛根素组、依达拉奉组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组20 d、60 d后治疗有效例数及总有效率均高于葛根素组、依达拉奉组(P<0.05)。未发现严重不良反应。结论相较单用葛根素、依达拉奉,两药联合运用能更好地改善病情及预后,更有利于神经功能、日常生活能力、运动功能恢复。Objective： To observe the clinical effectiveness and safety of Puerarin combined with Edaravone on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 150 patients were randomly divided into Puerarin group,Edar- avone group, and the combination group, 50 cases in each group.. On the basis of routine therapy, Puerarin group received radix puerariae alone ;Edaravone group was given Edaravone ;the combination group was treated with Puerarin and Edaravone. The treatment course were 20 days. The scores of neurologie impairment, daily life ability and movement function were evaluated before and after treatment. Meanwhile, the clinical curative effect was ana- lyzed and the safety of drug was detected. Results： Compared with before treatment,the score of NIHSS of three groups decreased significantly on 20 and 60 days after treatment respectively（P〈 0.05）. However,the ADL score and MAS scores increased （P〈 0.05）. After treatment,the NIHSS score of the combination group decreased more than that of Puerarin group and the Edaravone group （P〈 0.05）, but the score of ADL and MAS was opposite （P〈 0.05）. In addition, after 20 days＇ treatment, compared with Puerarin group and Edaravone group, the clinical cura- tive effect of the combination group was better（P〈 0.05）. On 20 and 60 days after treatment,compared with Puer- arin group and Edaravone group,the effective cases and the total effective rate of the combination group were higher. No serious adverse reactions were found. Conclusions： Puerarin combined with Edaravone is better to im- prove the condition and prognosis,more conducive to the recovery of neurological function,daily life ability and motor function than Puerafin and Edaravone alone respectively.
