摘　　要：山东华泰矿业有限公司为资源枯竭型矿井,在当前严峻经济形势下,采取多种措施,安全开采出煤炭102万t,建下资源回收率提高了40.7%。延长矿井服务年限2 a以上。Shandong Huatai Mining Co., Ltd. is a resource exhausted mine, in the current severe economic situation, taking a variety of measures, safely mined coal 1020000 T, which a resource recovery rate under the builds increased by 40.7%. and extends the service life of the mine for more than 2 years.
