干髓术在牙髓炎和根尖周炎的临床应用

摘　　要：目的分析干髓术在治疗牙髓炎和根尖周炎的疗效。方法选取2012年3月～2014年3月监狱门诊口腔科收治的病犯175例，牙髓炎采用失活剂治疗，根尖周炎采用消炎药物消毒根管，待疼痛症状消失后，采用干髓术做空管治疗，最后观察疗效。结果干髓术对牙髓炎的效果明显好于根尖周炎，根尖周炎的近期病发率较高，通过采取不同的根管换药，根尖周炎的病发率大大减少。结论干髓术对根尖周炎的疗效与干髓术对牙髓炎的疗效基本一致。Objective Analysis of mummification in the treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis. Methods Selected 2012 March to 2014 3 month prison in outpatient service of Stomatology from attack of 175 cases, Pulpitis by inactivation of therapeutic agents, periapical periodontitis with antiinflammatory drugs and disinfection of root canal, after waiting for the pain disappeared, the mummification of pulp making ATC treatment. Finally, to observe the curative effect. Results Dry pulpotomy on pulpitis effect was significantly better in teeth with chronic apical periodontitis and periapical periodontitis of recent incidence of a disease is higher, by taking different root canal dressing and periapical periodontitis incidence of a disease greatly reduced Conclusion Effect of dry pulp on periapical periodontitis is consistent with the effect of dry pulp of pulpitis.
