保护区生态系统功能及其产品开发利用——以江西东江源区水资源为例

摘　　要：东江源是香港和珠江三角洲地区的重要水源,源区生态系统功能保护直接关系到流域的水质、水量及生态系统安全,其核心是提高源区生态系统的服务功能,增强其生态产品的生产能力,实现源区生态经济社会协调发展。本文从东江源区水资源的保护和利用出发,分析了存在的问题,提出了提升保护区生态系统服务功能和服务价值的对策建议。Dongjiang River Source is an important water source of Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta region, the protection of whose ecosystem functions is directly related to the water quality, water quantity and the safety of ecosystem. The core issue is to improve the service function, strengthen the productivity of the ecological products and realize the coordinated development of the ecological and economic society in the source area. This article begins with the water resource protection and utilization of Dongjiang River Source Area, analyzes the current problems, and puts forward the proposals for enhancing the service functions and value of the ecosystem in conservation areas.
