高职护理专业特色人才培养探析

摘　　要：随着高职毕业生的就业竞争日益激烈,高职护理专业人才培养面临着如何适应地方医疗的特色需求问题。以广西科技大学医学院高职护理专业为例,在分析高职护理专业人才培养现状的基础上,依据自身的办学特色和优势,提出高职护理专业特色人才培养途径,以提升毕业生的就业竞争力。The development of higher vocational nursing profession is faced with the problem of how to adapt to the special needs of local medical care. In nursing specialty of Higher Vocational Medical College of Guangxi University of technology as an example, analyzes the professional talents in higher vocational nursing training situation, according to its own characteristics and advantages of running a university, the talents of higher vocational nursing specialty training ways, in order to enhance the competitiveness of the graduates.
