摘　　要：报告1例口服多西环素胶囊后食管溃疡。患者女,26岁。患者因寻常痤疮口服多西环素胶囊,2 d后出现胸骨后疼痛、吞咽疼及吞咽困难,结合电子胃镜和组织病理检查诊断为食管溃疡。停用多西环素,给予胃黏膜保护剂、质子泵抑制剂等对症治疗后食管黏膜恢复正常。A case of doxycycline capsules-induced esophageal ulcer is reported. A 26-year-old woman presented with ret- rosternal pain, swallow pain and dysphagia after taking doxycycline capsules for treating acne vulgaris 2 days ago. The diag- nosis of esophageal ulceration was made according to the electronic gastroscopy and histopathological examination. After discontinuation of doxycycline and symptomatic treatment with gastric mueosal protective agents, proton pump inhibitor, and so on, esophageal mucosa became normal.
