摘　　要：目的探讨人结直肠癌中锌指结构转录因子1（ZEB1）的表达及临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测结直肠癌组织和癌旁组织中ZEB1基因表达。免疫组织化学方法检测84例结直肠癌和23例正常结直肠组织中ZEB1蛋白表达水平。结果ZEB1 mRNA在结直肠癌中表达水平（0．638±0．057）显著高于癌旁组织（0．183±0．052），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。ZEB1蛋白在结直肠癌组织中阳性表达率（67．5％）明显高于癌旁组织（8．7％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。ZEB1表达与淋巴结转移和远处转移明显相关。结论ZEB1在结直肠癌中高表达，为独立的临床病理因素，并与疾病预后明显相关。Objective To investigate the expression of zinc finger E - box - binding homeobox 1 （ZEB1） in colorectal carcinoma （CRC） and adjacent tissues, and explore the relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis. Methods Real - time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction （ FQ - PCR） was used to examine the expression of ZEB1 mRNA in fresh CRC tissues and adjacent tissues. The expression of ZEB1 protein in CRC tissues （n = 84） and normal colorectal tissues （n = 23） was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of ZEB1 protein and mRNA was significantly higher in CRC tissues than in normal tissues （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Moreover, the expression level of ZEB1 protein in CRC tissues was significantly related to lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05 ） and distant metastasis （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ZEB1 is up - regulated in CRC. High expression of ZEB1 correlates with clinicopathological characteristics and unfavorable survival in CRC.
