摘　　要：为适应马铃薯种薯市场需求,改糖基瓶培为苗盘扦插扩繁脱毒马铃薯试管苗。试验表明,扦插苗不仅生长旺盛,叶大茎粗,且成活率高达90%以上,远远高于糖基瓶培扩繁;扦插繁苗不仅不会削弱结薯能力,而且采用怀胎育秧方法更能促进结薯。Virus-free potato plantlets were expanding propagated using cutting in seedling trays. The results showed that the survival rate of the cutting seedlings reached 90% with big leaves and thick stems. The ability of forming tubers was not weaken using cutting propagation, but was better promoted with the use of pregnancy seedling raising method.
