摘　　要：尾砂胶结充填常采用立式砂仓、水泥仓、相应的给料计量装置、高浓度搅拌桶、风水及工艺管道、电仪控制等的配置形式,但考虑到传统的立式砂仓容积过大、造价过高,现采用斜板浓密机来代替立式砂仓,可有效地节省基建投资,是充填工艺发展的新方向。Cemented tailings filling commonly adopts vertical sand bin, cement bin, the relevant feeding metering device, high concentration agitation vessel, process pipeline and electrical instrument control etc. Due to big volume of traditional vertical sand bin and high cost, baffle-plate thickener is adopted to replace vertical sand bin, which can save capital investment effectively and become new direction of filling technology development.
