摘  要:应用型本科院校实训教学对师资成员要求具有相当的工程实践能力、工程知识结构、工程创造能力、工程教育能力.针对目前该师资队伍教师地位得不到应有重视,培养机制缺失、考评体系不完善等问题,提出加强对工程实训教师工程素质、创造能力、工程教育能力的培养,完善考评体系,同时在提高本校工程实训教师的业务素质的同时,引进具有丰富工程实践经验的师资.Practical teaching in application-oriented university asks college teachers for considerably high requirements in engineering practice ability, inside knowledge structure, creative treating capability, and excellent teaching skills. At pres- ent, there lack enough attention in the construction of teaching staff for engineering training, such as the deficiency of culti- vation mechanism, and the imperfection of evaluation system. Some suggestions are given to strengthen the training of teachers in engineering quality, creativity, and engineering education ability. Meanwhile, a perfect evaluation system is ex- pected to be set up to continuously improve the professional quality of the teachers in practical teaching and to attract more teachers with extensive experience in engineering practice.
