摘　　要：随着近年来腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术在临床中的普及,越来越多的临床早期前列腺癌患者得到治疗。同时,部分高危患者也可施行此手术。手术入路以经腹膜外途径为多。术中需注意处理好前列腺尖部阴茎背深静脉复合体,避免出血。保留尿道及相关肌肉结构,保持控尿功能。仔细操作以保留NVB。对于高危前列腺癌患者可进行盆腔扩大淋巴结清扫术,而低危患者则不必要。With the increasingly applications of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy （LRP） in clinical treatment, more and more patients have been cured by this type of teehnique. While some selected Patients with high risk can be operated. The extra-peritoneal approach of LRP is popular. During the procedure, we should deal with the dorsal vein complex to prevent bleeding; preserve more urethra and related muscles to prevent incontinence. Be careful with the nerve-vessel huddle. For the patients with high risk, it is reasonable to take the extended lymph node dissection, while not for low risk patients.
