摘　　要：安全需要的满足是个体自我实现的基础。大学生心理安全教育应围绕影响大学生心理安全的因素展开探索和验证。影响大学生心理安全的主要因素分别有:消极自我评价、担心害怕受伤、自卑、抱怨外界环境、害怕被人取笑、担忧未来、人际关系苦恼。在此基础上建构大学生辅导员心理安全教育工作手册的内容,可以在一定程度上为大学生心理安全教育工作提供理论依据和实践指导。Fulfilling the demand of security is the basis for individuals＇ self-realization. To conduct the education on college students＇ psychological security, we should, centering on the elements influencing their psychological security, make explorations and experiments.The elements mainly include negative self-evaluation, worries about being hurt, self-abasement, complaints against external environment,being afraid of being laughed at by others, worries about the future, and worries about inter-personal relationship. Taking those as basis, we can construct the contents of the handbook for the education on college students＇ psychological security, which can, to some extent, provide theoretical basis and practical guidance to the education on college students＇ psychological security.
